CT claims litigation abrogated by statutory mandate requiring employers to pay all who terminate: 2, 3 or $4K/year worked in CA
(2/office, 3/warehouse, 4/field)---resulting in massive lit savings, tremendous stimulus economy and historic improvement re job termination process---of course, thereafter only specifics, if any--beyond ct impairment-- may be litigated...
