IAIABC - Next 100 Years - Federal Floor? (California) (Calif

Hi David,

I read an interesting 'point - counter point' article addressing the past as well as the the future of WC, nationwide, authored by the esteemed John Burton and Robert Wilson. I have to agree with many of the observations by the authors. In particular, I found the thought of a Federal floor to be intriguing, with each state being allowed to furnish benefits above and beyond the Federal floor. I also found the suggestion that the AMA Guides should be replaced to be of interest on a policy level.

You can read the article here: http://viewer.epaperflip.com/Viewer.asp ... 0a#?page=0

Should the link not work, I have attached a copy of the article.
