Updated Present Value Tables (California)

The "official" tables used to determine present value for commutations, mandated by Regulation 10169, can not accommodate PD ratings beyond 88% because the tables stop at year 14, which is 730 weeks. 89% = 737.25 weeks. Thus, if you were to do a commutation manually (or even using some calculators) for 89% or more, you would get an incorrect result. WCC has extrapolated the existing table data to 18 years to accommodate ratings 89% and above for its commutation and PV calculators. The tables are presented here for download for general use. Please remember that these tables are not endorsed or authorized by DWC, though I have asked DEU to examine them for accuracy. If anyone finds an inaccuracy please e-mail or PM me!
