Can a party ( Applicant or Defendant) file an electronic DOR and get a hearing with the WCAB online?


How does one do it?

are you one of the few certified EAMS users? If not then, no. If yes, then yes.

You have to be one of the people who currently have a license and access to file a DOR electronically.
