OMFS info (California) (California)

I dont usually deal with the OMFS and tried to look up a couple codes and was a bit overwhelmed. Any input on the value for the following codes:

11100 modifier 1

99202-25 modifier 23

88305 modifier 4

I dont know if I am reading the modifier info correctly, but I think that is what the billing intended. Also, I understand it could be more complex than just giving a $ amount, but any help would be appreciated.
