Is anyone aware of any case law that discusses whether a benefit printout can be prima facie evidence of reasonableness of charges?

Well, it is good evidence of what was paid, poor evidence of what was charged and terrible evidence of anything behind the charges it purportedly paid for.

Do you have some context to put this in?

Prima facie evidence of reasonableness is the fee schedule. Neither the amount billed nor the amount paid is necessarily the reasonable value.
