Does LP cover you in a complaint to Audit Unit and sharing it with Bar Association, Medical Board, FBI, District Attorney?

No, because those complaints are non-litigation activities. Unless you have a big old smoking gun, the Bar Association, Medical Board, FBI and District Attorney don't want to see it. You work your way up the food chain, not a buckshot blast to the barn door. Prevail on the Audit Unit complaint, then take the next step.

Will you give examples of phrases that would be covered by LP and not in an audit complaint? And vice versa.

Would the following avoid defamation?
I believe, could have, possibly, the evidence indicates, the allegations are supported by the evidence, likely
