MPN Before and After () (California)

Postby paduanow@yahoo.com on Wed Mar 18, 2009 8:11 am

My doctors have received EOR for not being apart of the IC MPN for DOS 10/08/08. We applied and have been accepted starting in 2009. We are now getting paid.

Here my question.

Are my prior Dates of services before getting on the MPN now payable? Does anyone have any history with the issue?

Will

depends on what the MPN contract states...usually prior dates are not paid and treated as self-procured treatment...file a lien to protect your interests and then attempt to contact the examiner and explain the situation, that works sometimes.
