I forgot what the trial legal paper is called with the numbers for the lines running vertical from top to bottom. Can someone help me out with my brain fart?

Technically what you experienced was not a brain-fart but what is known as a mental brown-out. The former is typically more dramatic and the latter a passive void of once known data abruptly being inaccessible. Depending upon your age an average or above degree of a brain-fart can often be mistaken for an outburst of Senile Profanity Disorder which can never be mistaken for a brown-out.

FWIW: Searching Google will yield many free Word and WordPerfect templates for the 28 line version you want. I recently ran across and forgot to bookmark the actual Reg. that defines line sizes, margins, spacing and etc.. I've a rudimentary Windows version you can tweak or if on a Mac and using Pages a much nicer one. Let me know if you need.
