Depo fee Order (California)

Is it appropriate to obtain a WCAB L.A. Judge's signature on a depo fee order, when the case was filed at the WCAB in Anaheim, and has remained there for 10 years and continuing?

It is appropriate .... IF .... there is a companion case filed in LA. Other than that, the answer is "NO."

What Steve said. You can only secure Orders from Judges at the WCAB district office where a matter is filed. Knowing the LA WCAB as I do as one of the more procedural driven WCABs, that would be a nice trip to LA, if you want to have lunch and get nothing done.
