Indicted doctr ascting as ptp (California)

if a doctor gets indicted on charges, but license remains in tact; is there any arguable basis for them not to act as the PTP simply due to having charges filed against them?

Nope, innocent until proven guilty - so does the charge even have anything to do with their ability to provide competent medical care? Usually not - just a violation of ethics.
