I believe you are new to these forums.

Just a heads up, no one usually comments here regarding QMEs due to fears of being sued for our opinions, unless they are favorable and even then if I say they are favorable to one side or the other, there is a risk. You need to find a mentor and other associates within your own community, be it Applicant or Defense to guide you in these situations. You can ask for something like good treaters who take liens and then opinions are shared.

You can research case law to determine how the reports read to the WCAB, but that is a long shot sometimes.

If you belong to CAAA reach out to your chapter president and they can guide you as well.

When I am not familiar with a panel I call an applicant attorney located in the area where the panel doctors are located via google search or on the CAAA search engine. I have never had one not offer to help and give their opinion. Applicant attorney's are generally a kind hearted group.
