I know in the 1997 schedule there is instructions regarding rounding percentages to the nearest whole percentage.
Someone told me recently that this has been codified.
For an AMA rated claim, is there a statute or other instruction on rounding off to whole numbers and not half percentages?

speropotus,

See the 1/05 Schedule, page 1-10. The example on the second column combines 15% and 25%. The math works out to ".3625" and after that it states, "= 36%"

Also, Table 17A in "The Labor Code Book" (properly the Workers' Compensation Laws of California by Matthew Bender/LexisNexus) lists only whole percents. No one has complained to me about it and requested a change back to 1/2 and 1/4 percents, so I'm reasonably sure it is intended to be whole percents.
