Obtaining job analysis from subsequent employer (California)

Postby wcscout on Thu Oct 25, 2018 3:47 pm

QME is recommending a job analysis to determine any apportionment to worker's subsequent employment; is there a practical procedure to obtain a job analysis from an employer that's not currently a party to the action?

Not really. Depo of the Applicant would probably be best to start, assuming the Applicant is credible. The QME should be able to do it without a formal JA.
