Postby lacompfun on Mon Mar 18, 2019 1:20 pm

Scenario:

1. Applicant fired . Somehow applicant gets unemployment benefits. So applicant saying able to work here as unemployment.

2. Comp case filed.

Question:

1. Would EDD get reimbursed out of the comp case?

Agree as long as it's TD. EDD can't assert an unemployment lien against PD.
