voucher as reimbursement (California)

The IW was proactive and enrolled in school as soon as he was injured. He has now completed it, to the tune of $9K. Can any portion of the tuition be reimbursed to the IW via the voucher?

As long as the school meets the criterion for eligibility for the voucher, the employee is entitled to collect on the voucher with proper documentation. Once submitted the claims adminstrator has 45 days to issue payment.

Caongratulations to an IW who had the forsight to move on and put the voucher to good use.
