Reconsideration to Dismiss Lien (California)

Postby paduanow@yahoo.com on Fri Dec 18, 2009 10:14 am

We received a notice to dismiss our lien, but never received the hearing notice. We sent a notice of reconsideration to the board and it was returned for improper cover sheet.

What Document Title should I be using for a Notice of reconsideration not to dismiss my lien?

If you received a Notice of Dismissal of Lien Claim, file a Petition for Reconsideration. If you received a Notice of Intent to Dismiss Lien Claim, file your objection under the title "Objection - Other."
