Ortho Panel - Gowey, Bliss or Fisher (California) (Californi

Just got an ortho panel of Dr Ronald Gowey in Downey, Irwin L Bliss in South Gate and David E Fisher in Huntington Park.
Only Dr Fisher is mentioned in panel decisions. There is nothing on Gowey or Bliss in forums or panel decisions.

Anyone know anything about Gowey or Bliss? I am familiar with Dr Fisher as conservative in the past but haven't used him in a while as I don't handle much in the LA area any longer. I don't even know if he is still conservative.
