Need PQME/AME suggestions for nasal/sinus injury (California

Any suggestions for Bay Area or Sacramento area evaluator for nasal/septum/sinus injury? My client just had 2nd corrective surgery after having been kicked in the nose by a patient and time is near for AME/PQME selection.

The QME list for MTO otolaryngologists for SF/Oak/Sacto regions have many unknown names and a few I know are strictly devoted to hearing loss assessment. Any input appreciated. Thanks -

Consider Dr. Lewis in Los Gatos.... that is one that comes to mind.

I wouldn't be afraid of which ENT you get on a panel. In the words of the senior managing partner at Stockwell when I was looking for a high quality opthamalogist years ago: "there are not a lot of optalmalogists that make a living being paritsan in worker's comp."

I suspect the same would be true for ENTs.

Consider a plastic/reconstructive surgeon. Call Mark Mandel, MD, in LA for a No Cal referral, or have the applicant schlepp down to LA.
